Blankets are NOW getting delivered to patients.....

OMG... OMG... OMG....Layers of Love has received over 100 blankets from us so far.  And look at how beautifully they have wrapped them for patients....  Layers of Love has relationships with infusion clinics all over the country.  Deliveries will start next week.  And oh, any chemo patient from anywhere can contact Layers of Love directly, and they will ship out a warm, cozy fleece blanket made with love to them.    We've also donated blankies to some local patients, the infusion clinic where my dad received treatment, and to an amazing organization called The Little Things for Cancer, who supports patients at Mercy Medical Center, Anne Arundel Medical Center and Shady Grove Adventist Hospitals.

  1. Thanks to all your hard work, we will have blankets to distribute not only before the holidays but also afterwards too! Traditionally the winter can sometimes be long and depressing, these blankets will be a great pick me up to the chemotherapy patients! Thank you, thank you, thank you! YOU are amazing!

  2. Thank you very much for doing this!!!! I was a recipiant of one of the beautiful blankets today at the Cooper Group Infusion Center in NJ. They rolled in this BIG cart full of blankets and I chose the zebra stripe and pink one. It was such a blessing and I really appreciated it. Your kindness and thoughtfulness meant a lot to me and others there. Thank you! ~Kelly
